How to prepare for your facial treatment

Now that you've scheduled your facial let’s prepare for your appointment! Below you'll find a list of instructions and frequently asked questions regarding how to prepare for your treatment.

  1. Stop ALL topical treatments such as Tretinoin, Retinol, Benzoyl Peroxide, Adapalene, Clindamycin ONE WEEK prior to your appointment to avoid irritation.

  2. Stop the use of any exfoliants such as scrubs, AHA’s/BHA’s, Salicylic acid, Glycolic acid, Mandalic acid THREE DAYS prior to your appointment.

  3. If you have any active cold sores, open lesions, unidentified lumps/swelling, bruised or sunburned skin please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

  4. Avoid waxing/threading/tanning 24hrs prior to your appointment being that these services cause the skin to be more sensitive and reactive.

  5. Please bring a list and/or photos of any products that you are currently using or have recently used within the past 30 days to your appointment.

  6. Wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to change out of and avoid wearing a lot of jewelry.


FAQ

Q: Is it okay to have lash extensions?

Yes! It’s okay to have lash extensions as long as you’ve had them more than 48hrs to avoid shedding.

Q: Can I wear makeup to my appointment?

Yes, absolutely! All treatments include a deep cleanse.

Q: Is there on site parking?

No, we do not have on site parking. However if you do not want to do street parking there is a near by parking garage, located at 210 Filbert St
